Héctor Duque

He started trading the way most people do: chasing YouTube strategies and blowing up accounts in the first year. The turning point wasn't a better setup — it was understanding that trading is a probabilistic game and that consistency of process, not prediction, is what produces results over time. Today he leads HED's ICT curriculum and the Private mentorship. The rules he teaches are the rules he follows: when he breaks them, he loses. When students break them, they lose. That's the lesson.

Juan José Alzate

Co-founder of HED. He opens every session with the pre-market analysis — the first 30 minutes of the day are his — and leads live trading alongside Héctor. His other strength, beyond technical analysis: composure. He takes a loss, reviews it coldly and moves on. That mindset is taught at the academy too.

Pre-market, live trading and post-trade review, with both mentors. Unscripted. 2 days/week on Basic, 5 on Premium.

Pre-market notes, intraday commentary and trade reviews. Real discussion, not just announcements. The mentors are present daily.

Trading psychology

A dedicated mindset channel and regular talks: handling losses and wins, knowing when to stop, and protecting your life outside trading.
