Monthly subscriptions (Basic and Live Trading Premium): you may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for periods already consumed.

1-on-1 Mentorship: due to the limited spots and the preparation involved, the mentorship fee is non-refundable after the program start date. If we determine during the application process that the program is not the right fit, no payment is collected. In extraordinary circumstances, refund requests are considered case by case.
